There are studies of pH-mediated behavioral changes in juvenile rockfish (e.g., Hamilton et al 2017, PlosOne, Kim et al, 2016 ICES (pH related behavior of deep sea hermit crabs)
There are also studies of pH mediated behavioral changes in intertidal snails (Jellison et al 2017)

I know there are some, but they are dwarfed by the studies on shell-formation, and may, in the long run be more important, since they are likely to occur in all taxa, not only ones with calcium carbonate shells.
