what is the ultimate purpose of getting businesses to sign on? will they have to take further action or is this list something that will merely demonstrate community buy in?
is this an effort to try to eventually get some sort of buy in from chambers of commerce?

what are things that residents of NYC can do to help? our senators are already co-sponsors. how can we be useful to upstate constituencies?
so if a business is onboard, should we ask them to call their state reps about the bill during a particular week?

given the success zephyr teachout had upstate, is there a correlate strategy for something like this bill?
How will repeal of ACA affect NY State plans for single payer?
What about health care providers like those who provide home care to the elderly? The poor people who provide that care are ofter uninsured.
Since the NY Health Act would cover regardless of immigration status, I'm considering trying to reach out to bodegas in NY. I have some of their contact info from joining FB groups during the recent Yemeni bodega strike in NYC

A firm will lose advantage by no longer providing a benefit that smaller businesses can’t. They will also win by having lower expenses for health care.
