My current allotted PTO days does not explicitly state how many days are for Paid Sick Leave and actual Leave, it is all lumped together. As such there is no way to confirm whether a fair amount of time is being give for sick days

Awareness is a key and so many do not know about paid family leave rights in NJ & resources available ! NJ should never have let theInfant & new mother mortality rate at 45th in the US. Goal should be ranking 10 or less. so disappointing and more shocking to hear
