Obtaining audition rotations seems to be a relatively common issue DO students. How would you recommend approaching sending out VSAS applications? What if you only have offers back from programs after September?
Besides going to conferences, what can MS1-3 do to show committment to EM?
Josh, could you share how you managed to attack starting EMS in a 3rd world country?
Are students from Canadian schools (which are accredited by the same body as American MD schools) still considered IMGs? Are there “tiers” of IMGs?

Many IMGs want to go into global medicine but we have heard that PDs see this as an “excuse” to explain why we went to an international med school instead of staying in the US. What should we say in an interview if we actually ARE interested in global medicine?
What certain things help an applicant obtain a excellent SLOE?
Are there any EM residency based hospitals offering electives or rotations to non US IMG through an application? (not VSAS)
