How do the dynamics play out when there are a hiearchy of district school and teacher personnel?

+1 to Alan’s question, very curious about when you’re partnering for multiple levels of actors within an RPP

Hi! Sorry if you addressed this earlier, but we were wondering if you had to coordinate at all with district leaders before being able to access individual school principals and leaders (before, then, connecting with K12 teachers)? If so, how did you come up with a shared area of focus together? We are currently working with a district leadership team to develop areas of shared interest/overlap and were wondering if you had suggestions for best strategies for doing that. Thanks!
