what was your annual attendance before?

Education Coordinators comprise the core of the Learning in Place team. These are professionals who develop the educational programming that we offer to our consituents.

You're likely planning on addressing this, but what was the decision process/conversation like deciding to make a TikTok to respond to negative comments? What kind of comments do the response videos garner? (I've only seen one, but assume there are more.)

Our attendance in 2019 (the last year that we were open fully to the public) was around 180k. At the same time, we have over 400k that interact with our historic district but do not purchase the tour ticket.

So, you're getting a daily audience on Tiktok above your annual physical. Great.

Were there ever points when you decided to moderate or remove comments on the channel? If so, how did you make those decisions?
