As telehealth expands across the country in response to COVID-19, health providers are having to rapidly train and transition staff with limited or little experience in delivering services remotely. These changes are critical for ensuring broad access to health care for some of the most vulnerable populations, but they require a unique skillset to ensure clients feel engaged and supported.
