Senior Policy Advisor, Long-Term Care Homes Operations @Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care
Lane joined the Ministry of Long-Term Care three years ago as a Senior Policy Advisor, a role that has allowed him to work on a number of regulatory projects and policy developments for the modernization of the LTC sector. Prior to joining the Ministry, Lane was a pharmacist for long-term care homes providing clinical support for large, small, urban and rural homes across most parts of Eastern and Southern Ontario. During this experience he learned what long-term care homes represent to the spirit and legacy of their communities, to the pride of their neighbourhoods, and to the dignity of their residents
