Lisa Sangoi
Lisa Sangoi (she/her) co-founded and co-directs Movement for Family Power, an organization that fights the foster system's policing and punishment of families.
Graciela Razo
Graciela Razo is the Harm Reduction Coordinator at Safe Horizon Streetwork Project in the Lower East Side of New York City. She began working at Streetwork in 2013, first as an overnight outreach worker, then as a youth advocate running the drop-in center, then a case manager. For the past two years, she has been working at the Harm Reduction Coordinator, specializing in safer drug use, overdose prevention and reversal, as well as safety planning with homeless youth. Graciela is most passionate about working with street homeless and at-risk youth, getting Narcan kits into as many hands as possible and advocating for safer consumption spaces as a harm reduction tactic to prevent fatal overdoses.
Caty Simon
Caty Simon is the sex worker liaison for and a leadership team member of Urban Survivors Union, the national drug users union. She’s a founding co-organizer at Whose Corner Is It Anyway, a mutual aid, harm reduction, political education, and organizing group in Western MA by and for low-income, street, and survival sex workers who use stimulants and/or opioids and/or experience housing insecurity. Finally, she’s the co-editor of Tits and Sass (titsandsass.com), a long-running media site by and for sex workers which has been quoted and linked by the New Yorker, the New York Times, the Pacific Standard, the New Inquiry, and a wide variety of other publications. Her writing has appeared in VICE, Alternet, make/shift magazine, refinery 29, HTML Giant, Filter, and many other outlets. She has 19 years of experience in many different movements.
