Ross Clarke
Logistics Analyst Supervisor @Carter Logistics
Ross Clarke was born in London, England and moved to Indianapolis in 2010 accepting a sports scholarship at Butler University. Prior to moving to Indianapolis, Ross worked for an international law firm as a Revenue Analyst. He graduated from Butler in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and accepted a position to join the Analyst team at Carter Logistics. In 2018 he graduated from Anderson University with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and recently graduated from the Leadership Academy of Madison County. Currently, Ross supervises Carter’s Analyst department working to develop, consult and implement cost-saving initiatives to promote lean principles for our customer's supply chain management.
Richard DeBoer
SVP of Supply Chain Management @Carter Logistics
Richard DeBoer is the SVP of Carter Logistics and is responsible for Supply Chain logistics activities along with Sales, Pricing and Marketing for the organization. Richard joined the organization in 2010 after serving fourteen years as a Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded transportation Company and more recently twelve years as Chief Operating Officer of two mid-sized transportation companies. Richard has been instrumental in Carter’s revenue growth of over 145% since his joining the Company. In addition, Richard has driven the expansion of services and revenues within the borders of Mexico.
John Willman
Sales Manager @Carter Logistics
John Willman joined Carter Logistics in 2010 as a Sales Manager, focusing on Carter’s Shared Milkrun service. John has over 25 years’ experience in the transportation industry. In his 25 years, he has had the opportunity to work on both sides of transportation, the customer side with BorgWarner & Full Beauty Brand, and the forwarding/carrier side with CH Robinson & CEVA Logistics. Because of his diverse background, John has been an integral part of growing the Carter’s Shared Milkrun service. John earned his BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University in 1991 and completed his MBA in 2006 at Anderson University.
