Adele Stowe-Lindner is National Programs Manager at Ardoch, working with monitoring and evaluation as a method for demonstrating evidence of impact, as well as crucial tools for quality improvement and decision making. Adele has a Masters in Anthropology and Community Work (University of London) and has been working in the NFP sector for 17 years.

Kerry has been Executive Officer at Interchange Incorporated since 2013 and is a passionate advocate of ensuring a diverse and sustainable sector. She is a skilled facilitator and strategist who is committed to ensuring that the many “voices” and perspectives of all stakeholders are canvased and accurately represented through the most effective platforms. Kerry has been instrumental in advocating for sustainability of volunteer supported service models within the NDIS framework and is involved in numerous initiatives designed to secure ongoing commitment from the Victorian state government to support significant research in this area. One major example is a “first of its kind” research project in Australia, aimed at gathering evidence that will inform government policy and support applications for continued funding of these service models
