Menachem Katz

Panelist Menachem Katz has 20 years of food industry experience in roles ranging from operations to technology and logistics to culinary. He started his career as an Executive Chef, first at Artichoke Restaurant in Tel Aviv, and then at 1868, a restaurant chain in Jerusalem that he co-founded. From there he served as Executive Chef for multiple companies; co-founded and led Culinary & Operations at Goodmeal, a delivery startup; led operations and expansion at Kettlebell Kitchen; and most recently, served as Head of WeWork Food Labs.
Don Davidson

Don works on Agri-Food Tech Market Development for the multinational firm 3M. In this new role, Don leads 3M science teams to adapt technologies for cellular agriculture, plant-based and controlled environment agriculture food companies to feed a growing global population through systems that limit negative impacts on food security, public health and environment.
Lauren Carter
Engagement Advisor, Invest4Climate @United Nations Development Programme | UNDP
Lauren is a climate finance specialist based in Geneva who works with governments, development finance institutions, and climate funds to develop their private sector engagement strategies. She currently leads the UN's engagement with Invest4Climate, a joint UNDP and World Bank partnership to crowd-in private investment in climate solutions. Before starting her own advisory firm, Lauren served as the Director of Climate Finance Initiatives for a boutique climate finance advisory in Morocco where she guided the government’s engagement with the Green Climate Fund and other sources of climate finance. Working with government ministries, multilateral development banks and private investors and she developed a pipeline of bankable climate projects across the low-carbon transport, renewable energies, energy efficiency, agriculture and land use sectors. Lauren is also a specialist in private sector accreditation to the Green Climate Fund.
