Come join Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) and our partners from the African American Tobacco Control Leadership Council (AATCLC), the American Medical Association (AMA), and the National Medical Association (NMA) as we discuss the outcomes and next steps of our lawsuit against the FDA regarding menthol cigarettes. We will be joined by the lead attorney on the case, Chris Leung from Pollock Cohen, and one of the organizations responsible for the Citizen’s Petition, Joelle Lester from the Public Health Law Center (PHLC).
