The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources (‘Department’) has engaged the services of Content Group, to host a webinar as part of the consultation process for the Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) on Australia’s biofouling management requirements for international vessel arrivals. Content Group will assist in hosting a webinar with Zoom for this purpose.

If you decide to participate, Content Group (via Zoom) on behalf of the Department will collect your personal information including your full name, contact email address, organisation name and, where applicable opinions on the topic described above and provide this to the Department. Subsequently, the Department may contact you to gather additional information or to discuss or respond to your registration for the webinar.

Personal information may be disclosed to other Australian agencies, persons or organisations where necessary for these purposes, provided the disclosure is consistent with relevant laws, in particular the Privacy Act 1988. Your personal information will be used and stored in accordance with the Privacy Principles.
