Jason Lisi
Chair and Associate Professor, School of Graphic Communications Management Faculty of Communication & Design @Ryerson University
Jason is an Associate Professor and current Chair of Ryerson’s School of Graphic Communications Management (www.ryerson.ca/gcm) in Toronto Canada, where he teaches premedia, Photoshop, and advanced technology subjects. His research interests lie in PDF standards and specifications, and he has published several journal articles, whitepapers, and technical reports on the subject. Jason is a G7 Expert, an executive member of the Ghent Workgroup (gwg.org), and is the Head of Delegation and Co-Chair of the Standards Council of Canada Mirror Committee (SMC) to the International Organization for Standardization Technical Committee 130 (ISO TC130). Before joining Ryerson, Jason worked in a premedia house in Toronto that catered to colour scanning and prepress work for high-end print production.
