The first year of college can be a new and exciting experience, particularly as a student transitions from high school to college. As an undergraduate student prepares to take the next step in their educational journey, it is important to know that academic advisors are here to help them throughout their academic career.
The Office of Letters and Sciences (LTSC) is the advising home for undergraduates who are deciding on or completing requirements for enrollment in degree-granting majors. Academic advisors in LTSC take a comprehensive and holistic approach to help students achieve their academic potential by supporting them as they explore majors, select courses, plan academic programs, and learn about resources. LTSC advisors also work with students to help them identify co-curricular, career, and internship opportunities.
