How To Help Your Teen Improve Their Mental Health
For teens who are dealing with the transition to high school, the challenges of building and maintaining social connections, and the everyday stressors of school and home life, prioritizing mental health is critical to overall well-being and success. On Tuesday, February 9, join Inspire School of Arts & Sciences for a digital webinar designed to support parents in fostering wellness in their teens, so that they can effectively cope with the challenges they’re facing.

This webinar is part of the Parenting Teens Educational Series. It will be facilitated by Deana Ward, RN and Former Program Manager for Butte County Behavioral Health. The workshop will cover research on teen mental health and the outdoors, tools for teaching teens flexibility, and why now is a critical time to teach these skills. Participants will have the opportunity for Q&A following the session.
