Avni Mashru
Director - IFRS Accounting specialist and Global Real Estate Accounting lead @PwC UK
Avni graduated from Kings' in 2000 with a BSc in Business Management. Avni is currently a director within PwC’s Accounting Consulting Services (ACS) group which provides IFRS and UK GAAP accounting advice both internally and to external clients. Avni has supported a number of the firm’s largest clients when dealing with significant acquisitions or disposals, significant areas of accounting change, most recently with leasing, and responding to enquiries from the UK regulator. Avni also has a particular focus on the Real Estate industry; she chairs PwC’s global Real Estate industry accounting group and is a member of the British Property Federation accounting group. Avni joined PwC in 2000 and, in addition to working within ACS, she has completed a secondment to PwC USA, a secondment to the BBC as Head of Technical Accounting and has worked within the Consumer and Industrial Products and Services audit practice.

Emilija enrolled into King's College London, following a three-year career in international hotel management. She was looking for a career change and the MSc International Management was a fantastic opportunity to understand the various dimensions of today's business world and build a professional network. Since her graduation in January 2018, she has joined KPMG Makinson Cowell, the investor relations advisory, focusing on providing capital markets advice to the largest listed UK companies.
Tony Morash

Tony Morash is a Manager in Strategy & Operations with Deloitte Consulting. He specializes in helping aerospace & defense companies navigate difficult business and cost transformations. In total, Tony has nearly 10 years of public and private sector experience focused on national security, intelligence, corporate strategy, and defense manufacturing. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tony was a civilian intelligence officer with the U.S. Defense Department, where he conducted strategic geopolitical and terrorism analysis. He also deployed to Iraq as the senior Defense Department analyst for threat analysis. Tony has a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, a MA in International Security & Intelligence from King's College London, and a MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a devoted runner, Boston sports fanatic, and avid reader. He lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with his wife and baby daughter.
