Joseph Quinn, MD
Professor of Neurology, School of Medicine Director, OHSU Parkinson Center and Movement Disorders Program School of Medicine
Dr. Quinn is a neurologist at Oregon Health & Science University and the Portland VA Medical Center, as well as the Director of the Parkinson’s Centers at both institutions. He has previously served as a Core Director at the OHSU Alzheimer’s Center. Dr Quinn devotes his time caring for patients in a clinical setting, and also performing research that focuses on treating and preventing cognitive decline and dementia in individuals, including patients with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Specific research projects range from animal studies testing experimental treatment strategies, to clinical studies evaluating “biomarkers” and interventional treatments.
