The Trade and Co-Operation Agreement: Central Legal Issues
The TCA was agreed at the 11th hour, just days before the end of the transition period. It will shape UK-EU legal relations hereafter, and that remains so notwithstanding possible further supplementary agreements. This webinar focuses on four of the central legal issues that constitute the core of the TCA: the provisions relating to goods; services, including the prospects for financial services; law enforcement and judicial cooperation in criminal matters; and the level playing field. The webinar brings together four scholars with expertise in these respective areas and will provide a valuable guide to this complex terrain: Prof Paul Craig, Prof Niamh Moloney, Prof Peter Oliver and Prof John Spencer.
