Handling Anxiety During Covid: What is Anxiety?
Stress and anxiety come in many different forms. Sometimes it's healthy - motivating us to action, other times it comes out as an uncomfortable, apprehensive feeling. Sometimes pure panic. In this first session, we will work on understanding anxiety in its varying forms, discuss what happens in our brains when stress and anxiety strike, and cover some "diagnostic questions" to see if our anxiety has moved from helpful to harmful.
