Join us for the UK Engineering for People Design Challenge Grand Finals 2019/20. We are excited to welcome you to our final session in the series, celebrating all the hard work of the participating students over the last year!
In the run up to this event, the top 37 teams from across the UK and Ireland have been virtually pitching their design ideas to our expert panel of judges to determine the top six teams who will be in with a chance of being awarded the winning and runners up prizes.
During this final session we will announce those top six teams and provide a brief summary of their design ideas, before announcing the prize winners. In addition, we will also be announcing the Peoples Prize, won by whichever team gains the most public votes before 23:59 BST on Wednesday 1 July.
Not only are we going to award prizes, we will also hear from our Design Challenge partners in Makers Valley, where this year's Design Challenge brief was located. We will find out what has happened over the past year, by hearing from those individuals who were central to the students' understanding of the community.
We look forward to seeing you there!
