Nothing is more profound than being able to sit with yourself in stillness. To practice witnessing the breath, your thoughts & the body create an opportunity to move closer to a good feeling state. Meditation is the key to feeling calm even amidst the storm. Sitting and observing clears away confusion, stress, anxiety and so much more.
It can be hard at first or difficult to maintain consistancy so for 7 days we do this together!
For only 30 minutes I'll guide you into your breath and deeper into your body resulting in more energy, clarity & focus. Feel grounded and ready to meet your day with your full self.
