Strategic Purchasing in Uncertain Times - Online Workshop
One 3-hour session. Workshop handouts will be mailed to you following registration.

In these times of great fiscal uncertainty, school districts are caught with the rising costs due to COVID-19 related expenditures and shrinking revenues due to both real and anticipated school aid cuts, as well as the realities of the tax cap. This workshop proactively address cost controlled purchasing through the lens of policies, best practices and the desire to maximize expenditures to best meet the needs of their students.

This online workshop is for Purchasing Agents and every administrator overseeing a building, program, and/or district budget -Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, School Business Officials, Building Administrators, Program Administrators, and other leaders. Districts may want leadership teams to participate.

This online workshop is interactive. Participants are requested to be online in both audio and video, and attentively participate.

Workshop related materials, readings, binders, or homework should be on hand during the workshop sessions. Workshop related materials will be mailed to you prior to the workshop, following registration.

This registration "Register" is your agreement to Educational Support Services ‘Policies, Terms and Conditions’ for this online workshop including “Fair Use Standard,” cancellation requirements, permitted substitution, one person per registration, and payment?

Following registration, return to the "MAGNUM Trainings" Home Page and complete "Step 2. Payment," providing a school district purchase order or payment through check.
