Quentin Jones is one of the two co-directors of BNG, which is the leading provider of online solutions for Australian community services and health service providers, in the areas of quality and service standards, quality management systems and organisational capacity building. The Volunteering Self-Assessment Tool sits on BNG’s Standards & Performance Pathways (SPP) platform, which is an online solution for accreditation, standards compliance and quality management that carries over 50 Australian national and state community and health service standards. BNG has over 1,500 customers using SPP, including a number of government departments at both Commonwealth and State/Territory levels, as well as industry sector peak bodies. Quentin has extensive experience in governance, risk management, quality improvement and compliance management within the Not-For-Profit sector and also across a broad range of other sectors, at both senior executive as well as Board level.
