Dr. Wendy Ross
Director of the Center for Autism and Neurodiversity @Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA
Dr. Ross is the Director of the Center for Autism and Neurodiversity at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Ross is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Ross founded Autism Inclusion Resources (AIR), a non-profit that is aimed at enabling today’s generation of children with Autism to participate more fully in the world. Dr. Ross has developed autism-friendly inclusion programs at the Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles. Dr. Ross was recognized with the first Dr. Bertan A. Ruttenberg award in 2015 by the Center of Autism for these efforts. In 2014, she was recognized as one of the Top Ten CNN Heroes for her inclusive community work, on behalf of people with Autism.
