HAI@Work: Salute To Excellence Communications Award & Opportunities for Women in the Rotorcraft Industry
Join us this week for a special two-part HAI@Work webinar. First, we’ll honor 2021 HAI Salute to Excellence Communications Award recipient Jeanette Eaton, VP of Worldwide Strategy and Business Development at Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company. We’ll talk with Eaton about her award and debut HAI’s video acknowledging her achievement.

We’ll then hold a panel discussion on career opportunities for women in the rotorcraft industry, including a Q&A session. Our panelists are expected to be:

Autumn Cabaniss is an ATP-rated rotary-wing pilot who’s been flying on multiple platforms in the Northeast United States for 10 years. She has executed operations in both high-profile transport and aeromedical evacuation.

Heidi McBride has more than 15 years of experience in helicopter aviation as an avionics technician, aircraft and power-plant mechanic, airport lineman, and pilot. Her background includes both military and civilian maintenance experience.

Allison McKay has been the CEO of Women in Aviation International since February 2020. Previously, she served as VP of the HAI Foundation as well as in public affairs and marketing positions at Safran USA and B/E Aerospace.

Joni Schultz holds a commercial helicopter rating, fixed-wing private rating, and dispatcher certification. In April 2020, she resumed the role of president of Whirly-Girls after having previously served in the position from 2016 to 2019.
