Building Back Better: supporting disabled workers during and beyond Covid-19
In this webinar the panel will discuss how the trade union movement is supporting disabled workers during the pandemic and its role in achieving an inclusive, accessible and sustainable post COVID-19 World – which is the theme of UN International Day of Disabled People, observed globally on 3 December.

Julian Allam: TUC Disabled Workers Committee Black seat holder and Unite member who holds key positions within the West Midlands region and represents the West Midlands at a national level.

Amy Bishop: computational scientist and member of Prospect's Equal Opportunities Advisory Committee and the TUC's Disabled Worker's Committee

Dr Natasha Hirst: Freelance photojournalist and disabled member on the NEC of the National Union of Journalists

Kendal Bromley: Vice-chair of the TUC Young Workers Forum and ex Disabled seat holder, Unison NEC young seat holder and children’s nurse.

Access support will include British Sign Language and speech to text captioning.

Please email dwconference@tuc.org.uk before noon on 01 December if there are any additional reasonable adjustments we can put in place for you other than British Sign Language and speech to text captioning which will be available.
