Defining the Future of Biomarker Analysis: From Discovery to High Throughput Studies
Akoya Biosciences provides comprehensive multiplexed tissue imaging solutions for discovery through clinical development. The CODEX® technology was originally developed in the lab of Dr. Garry Nolan at Stanford University to simultaneously analyze over 40 protein markers in FFPE and fresh frozen tissues through a proprietary antibody barcoding method. The CODEX System includes a benchtop fluidics instrument that integrates with standard microscopes to convert them into high dimensional imaging systems. Dr. Julia Kennedy-Darling, Director of Research and Development will describe the latest developments on the CODEX platform.

The Phenoptics technology is the standard for high throughput multiplexed tissue imaging built upon the flagship Vectra® Polaris™ imaging system and Opal™ IHC kits. The proven multispectral imaging technology has a streamlined workflow to integrate digital pathology capabilities with quantitative immunofluorescence analysis. Dr. Clifford Hoyt, VP of Translational and Clinical Programs will demonstrate the latest developments included in the Phenoptics 2.0 workflow, namely MOTiF™, which enables whole slide scanning at 20X faster scanning speeds. With a throughput of 30-slides per day and unparalleled sensitivity, the platform is ideal for translational and clinical research studies.

Join us to learn about these latest developments which are redefining the path for biomarker discovery through large-scale clinical trial data.
