City of Coquitlam - Public Hearing - Monday, January 25, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the City of Coquitlam will be holding a Public Hearing to receive representations from all persons who deem it in their interest to address Council regarding the following proposed bylaws. This meeting will be held on:
Date: Monday, January 25, 2021
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: City Hall Council Chambers, 3000 Guildford Way, Coquitlam, BC V3B 7N2

This meeting will be conducted electronically through Zoom Webinar.

By registering for this meeting you are consenting to the collection and storage of your personal information (image, voice, name, opinions and any other information disclosed by you) through a video streaming service under the authority of sections 26 and 33 of the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

You are also consenting to disclosure of your personal information to Zoom Video Communications (Zoom), a meeting management software service provider, with storage located in California, USA, for the purpose of facilitating the City’s Public Hearing process. Although these meetings are not recorded and stored in Zoom’s storage cloud, Zoom does collect temporary and/or passive data including device ID, user generated participation logs to analyze trends, administer the website, track user movement and gather location information based on your IP address. The personal information you provide to Zoom will be used for the purposes of providing you with access to meeting management software. This consent is effective on the date that you accept this privacy statement.
