Creating an Ability-inclusive Workforce: Section 503 Compliance Insights and Best Practices
Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 requires affirmative action and non-discrimination as to all disabilities, including cognitive, developmental, and psychiatric disabilities, as well as physical disabilities that they may be more accustomed to accommodating.
