Annie Panteli (Head of Operations @22 Bishopsgate) Passionate about delivering purposeful service and never doing things for the sake of it, Annie describes herself as relentlessly curious, bordering on tenacious. Over 15 years of experience in the property and real estate industry. Annie has spent the last 10 years of her career at buildings coming out of construction into operations, and has been with JLL for the past 18 months working on the 22 Bishopsgate project. Eden Dwek (Head of Expansion @WiredScore) Eden is Director of Expansion for WiredScore - the international digital connectivity certification for real estate. He started his career in KPMG’s consulting practice where he advised corporate clients around technology risk, before moving into their team that works with fast growing startup and scaleup businesses, and then leading Technology and Innovation for KPMG’s UK real estate practice. In 2019 Eden joined WiredScore to head up their expansion into new international markets. Since then, he has launched WiredScore certification in Australia, The Netherlands and Italy with some of the world’s leading landlords and developers. Eden has previously won the UK PropTech Association’s Young Leader award, and last year was shortlisted as one of EG’s 2020 Rising Stars.
