The business world has changed for the foreseeable future…….. with travel restrictions and working from home becoming the ‘norm’ the skills that we have learnt to communicate effectively in face-to-face meetings need now to be adapted for this new ‘virtual’ world.

Presenting virtually to a room of people with no feedback, who can easily mute the call, walk away from the screen, be distracted by their phone or even turn off their video, takes the importance of engagement to a whole new level.
