• Review key concepts for proper objections at trial;
• Watch demonstrations by our expert faculty on how to object to and argue an objection during examination-in-chief and cross-examination;
• Participate in a learning-by-doing skills workshop where you will get the opportunity to practice your objections in examination-in-chief, cross-examination and re-examination exercises; and
• Obtain individualized feedback on your performance by The Advocates’ Society’s trained instructors.
