Spektrix Training - Reporting on lost income

In this webinar we’ll be taking a deep dive into accounting and sales reports in order to help you gain a better understanding of how to use Spektrix reports to analyse the impact of cancelled events. We will look at how to determine the value of returned tickets in a particular time period, as well as the amount of money lost to refunds or retained in the form of donations, credit/vouchers and future ticket sales.

By the end of the session attendees will be able to use reports to look separately at sales, returns, payments and refunds. This knowledge can also be used to report on sales made prior to an event’s cancellation. The webinar will also cover Frequently Asked Questions, with time for a Q&A, as well as provide you with actionable takeaways that you can implement in your Spektrix system for your own data analysis.
