Kathryn Glover, M.P.A., SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President for Administration and Institutional Effectiveness and Secretary of the Corporation. She joined the VTS staff in 2001. She worked as the Officer for Institutional Effectiveness and Planning and Staff Officer to the Dean and President, Director of Alumni Affairs and the Program Coordinator for the Center for Lifetime Theological Education and Doctor of Ministry Program, before moving into her current position. Her areas of expertise include corporate strategy, program evaluation, and administrative policy.
