Evaluating HR's Readiness for Artificial Intelligence
In early 2019, Workology distributed an “HR Artificial Intelligence (AI) Readiness” survey to its global subscriber list of over 100,000 HR practitioners (with various job titles and industries).

This survey was design to capture HR feedback to determine the level of understanding of what AI is, how it can be leveraged in HR, its implications, and whether or not HR professionals have a strategy to implementing AI tools within their HR teams.

This webinar will:

-Discuss the results of the AI HR Readiness survey to provide data points as to where we are (as described by HR peers who completed the survey) as to implementing AI in our companies

-Highlight the history of Technology in HR, showing the progress made over the past 20 years, to use software and tools to help HR move the needle from being tactical and administrative to more strategic

-Summarize some use cases of AI in HR today, potential implications, and steps to begin an AI strategy in your organization.
