ACCURATELY UNCERTAIN THINGS: Writing Through Georgia O’Keeffe’s Art
Georgia O’Keeffe said, “Even if I could put down accurately certain things that I saw and enjoyed, it would not give the observer the kind of feeling the object gave me. I had to create an equivalent for what I felt about what I was looking at—not copy it.” To celebrate O’Keeffe’s 132nd birthday (November 15), we’ll create literary equivalents to her paintings by writing THROUGH (not ABOUT) them and translating her artistic principles to the literary arts.

NOTE: The replay video will be emailed within 24 hours post-session, so you won’t miss anything if you can’t attend “live.”
