In this hour-long conversation, Karin Cooke will highlight Kaiser Permanente’s journey through digital transformation and some of its latest initiatives that are personalized and streamlined to optimize our patients’ care and experience. The journey began in the early 2000s with a Blue Sky vision for change and the implementation of a fully integrated electronic medical record. Virtual care capabilities, including video visits, chat, and remote monitoring have all been added to the suite of digital capabilities. Kaiser Permanente’s priority is creating a digital first organization, for all of our patients, customers and employees.
