Navigating Effective Nonpartisan Election-year Grantmaking
Properly understood, IRS rules allow foundations —both private and public— to legally support almost every type of advocacy. This session will provide information on the dos and don’ts of funding election-related activities, as well as provide an opportunity to hear from your colleagues about some of the strategies they are implementing as they approach the upcoming election year.
