I love sharing the gift of meditation, and have been offering this great course for several years! It is quick, effective and provides the foundations for a lifetime of meditation success!

Enjoy this 3 consecutive day session series that is designed to help individuals learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice. This series is designed for beginners, and is also appropriate for those with some meditation experience who would like to revisit the basics of meditation and/or deepen their practice.

We will enjoy a small-group community full of practices, science and other education, and connection. It is a great jump start to creating a realistic approach for how you can establish and maintain a daily practice — even with an ultra-busy lifestyle. ​Each session will include talks, instruction, questions and answers.

There is be a daily home practice component, and after the class to help build the routine in student's lives, there will be a 21 day meditation challenge for all graduates.
