She is a full time mindfulness teacher and speaker with a Masters degree in Education, and over 14 years experience of practicing mindfulness. She has facilitated workshops for corporates including Adidas, Barclays and Barclaycard, run retreats at Lucknam Park and Whatley Manor, supported staff at Georgian House for over a year and led weekly mindfulness meditation classes at Sellafield since 2018. She now offer regular classes, courses and events on Zoom, in order to reach a wider audience than ever before. With a 1 hour Mindfulness for Anxiety course already online at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, she switched it to become free in March 2020 and this is now supporting people in 109 countries across the globe.
