Getting Started with LPM in SAFe®5.0
Traditional approaches to portfolio management were not designed for a global economy or the impact of digital disruption. These factors put pressure on enterprises to work under a higher degree of uncertainty, and yet deliver innovative solutions much faster. Clearly, Portfolio Management approaches must be modernized to support this new reality.

Many organizations want to better align strategy with business outcomes, help teams of teams focus on the most valuable work, and streamline budgeting and portfolio operations. The challenge is how to do it. Making wide-reaching changes requires buy-in and can feel risky.

Join SAFe Fellows Richard Knaster and Kathy Marshak as they discuss how the Lean Portfolio Management and Organizational Agility competencies within Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) version 5.0 address common challenges. They will share practical, incremental steps to start making your portfolio more Lean and Agile.
