Zoom Meeting Data Privacy Consent and Grant of Rights

In registering to and in participating in this Zoom meeting/event, I understand and agree that Aspen Philippines will be collecting my personal data such as but not limited to my name, age, contact details and employer/organization. The collection of my personal data will be treated in accordance with our company data policy and with the implementing rules and regulations of the Data Privacy Act or RA 10173. Additionally, where my attendance at our event is sponsored by my employer/organization or where the event is sponsored by an Association, data processed may be released to my employer/organization and the sponsor Association upon their request.

Further, for documentation of this event, I hereby grant consent and permission to Aspen Philippines and/or its representatives to take photographs/ screenshots and/or video and/or sound recordings (”Recordings”) of this event where I am/will be a participant of. I further grant Aspen and/or its representatives the right to use and distribute to me, my co-participants and partner/sponsor association these Recordings for reference purposes. I acknowledge and agree that Aspen shall, in perpetuity, own all rights to the Recordings and Developed Materials.

As this event is being hosted on Zoom, my access to the platform and this event shall also be governed by Zoom’s terms and conditions of use and any personal data collected upon access will be governed by the privacy policy of Zoom. I am aware that in joining the Zoom meeting, the other participants may be able to view my name and my video. However, joining with my video on is OPTIONAL.
