Join Rick for a special edition of Monday Night Travel as he shares a candid look at how he turned a love of travel into a thriving business that grew from one backpacker with a self-published book called Europe Through the Back Door to a tour company that takes 30,000 people a year to Europe. Reminiscing about his "Europe Through the Gutter" days, Rick will share revealing photos, embarrassing bloopers, and lessons he and his guides have learned from years of celebrating the wonders of Europe. Rick’s menu tonight is all Sicilian: a plate of grilled lacinato kale rapini, fried saffron risotto croquette, and campanelle with green garlic pesto...all topped off with a delicious rose panna cotta. To drink? A bottle of dry white wine (Fina Zibibbo Taif).
