Polenta & Ragu

Ingredients:

1 Bell pepper – yellow, red or orange
2 Small zucchini or other squash
1 pound ground meat, sausage (turkey or pork) or even tofu
1 8 ounce container of marinara sauce
Parmesan or pecorino cheese grated
1 log of polenta or 1 cup of dried polenta or dried noodles

Tools:

Pot for polenta or noodles
Frying pan
Cutting board
Knife
