Join Karen Haas, The Lane Collection Curator of Photographs from MFA Boston, for a digital conversation in celebration of Ansel Adams, one of America’s most acclaimed photographers. For more than 50 years, Ansel Adams captured the breathtaking beauty of the country’s natural landscape in stunning black-and-white photographs. Ansel Adams in Our Time, a new exhibition developed by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, displays Adams’ work alongside contemporary artists whose modern-day environmental concerns point directly to Adams’ legacy. The conversation this evening will include reflections from contemporary artists included in the exhibition, Mark Klett, Laura McPhee, and Binh Danh. Register through Zoom to interact and ask questions, or tune in through Facebook Live to watch.
