Simone Wille
Art historian Simone Wille currently directs the research project ‘Patterns of Trans-regional Trails: The Materiality of Art Works and Their Place in the Modern Era. Bombay, Paris, Prague, Lahore, ca. 1920s to Early 1950s’, funded by the Austrian Science Fund. She is the author of ‘Modern Art in Pakistan: History, Tradition, Place’ (New Delhi/London: Routledge, 2015) and she has co-edited ‘André Lhote and His International Students’ (Innsbruck: Innsbruck University Press, 2019). She is affiliated with the University of Innsbruck.
