2) Prepare participants to identify the skills that are developed through academic research;
3) Educate participants about the core competencies that PhD holders possess (based on research conducted by Adoc Talent Management)
4) Share strategies to prepare participants to analyze their own skill profile and promote themselves and their skills throughout the hiring process.
