His area of expertise is phytochemistry, Chemical fingerprinting of medicinal plants, HPTLC analysis. He has major project under UGC and BCUD. He has published various research papers in International Journals. He is an Advisor on the panel of “Staff Selection Commission” Western Region, GOI. Acted as Government Nominee for Career Advancement Scheme (CAS)&Selection Committee for Assistant Professor. He is a member, Academic Council, Homi Bhabha State University, Mumbai. He has has judged various scientific events like AVISHKAR, Science Exhibitions and Inter collegiate events.
